Conditions of Sale

** Returns: No returns after 14 days. IF there are any returns there will be a 25% restocking fee.
Any returned items must be accompanied by the original invoice and must be returned in the original boxes. No open boxes will be accepted. Custom orders are NOT returnable.
If Tosca Floors has to pick up any goods for any reason the customer will be liable for that cost.

**PLEASE NOTE: Customers and/or their installers must check the flooring before installing.
Any perceived problems must be reported to Tosca Floors BEFORE installation for a resolution. If the material is not acceptable DO NOT INSTALL!. Any wood that has been installed will be considered acceptable to the Customer/installer and cannot be returned or any credit given. What is laid must be paid!

** Property: ALL PRODUCTS remain the property of Tosca Floors until fully paid for, including product that has been laid. Tosca Floors, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to take out a lien on the property if deemed necessary.
